Destiny Day Spa & Salon – TLA

Destiny Day Spa & Salon

Destiny Day Spa & Salon at the Louisiana Boardwalk

The evening was cold and rainy. I contemplated not going to the January 20th Bossier Chamber of Commerce After Hours TLA, but as soon as I walked in the door, I knew I had made the right decision. The TLA (The Last Appointment) at Destiny Day Spa and Salon was “THE” place to be.  I immediately forgot about the weather outside. Owner, Kristi Tift and her staff have created an environment that is beautiful, relaxing and refreshing. There are two levels and the space has a warm and inviting ambiance. Each room is tastefully decorated and is sure to wash away the stress of your day.

Kristi has thought of everything. Every detail shows how much heart and soul she has put into this business. There is something for everyone and every couple. The services that Destiny provides seem endless. I should make a list so that I don’t miss anything:

  • Day Spa Packages
  • Tanning
  • Massage Therapy (individual & couples)
  • Colon Hydrotherapy
  • Facials & Peels
  • Hand & Food Enhancements
  • Relaxation Enhancments
  • Nail Care
  • Waxing
  • Hair Care
  • Permanent Cosmetics

Destiny offers gift certificates, which is great for birthdays, anniversaries or any special occasion. I’m already planning a “wish list” for my birthday. I am really excited about the success of Destiny Day Spa & Salon. You need to go – this place is awesome! Kristi and her crew have it goin’ on over there.

Destiny Day Spa and Salon is located in the Louisiana Boardwalk at 210 Plaza Loop, phone number: (318) 752-2639. Tell them you read my blog.

UPDATE: 2/12/11 – I went for my first visit and received awesome hair care from Damon Henry. He listened to what I wanted and gave me the exact style update that I was looking for.

  1. I’ve received several comments and I’m not sure if they are legit. I do reply to all comments to those who appear to be people and not auto generated messages. In response to those few that are in question:

Yes, I designed the masthead that I used for this blog. I used a WordPress theme and imported my own design at top.

Yes, I love any feed-back that may improve this blog.

Yes, you may share this blog on any of your social media sites.

    Thanks so much,
