New project unlocked. 🧥🌲 Chattanooga, you made it hard to choose… so we didn’t. 😄 If you’re passing through the Shenandoah Valley, @southern.kitchen.nmva is worth the stop. It has been serving Southern favorites since 1955, and the old-school diner atmosphere is part of the experience. @edward.dubois.ragan and I had the Country fried steak, mashed potatoes swimming in gravy, corn, green bean, while sitting with a table-side jukebox. #VirginiaEats #SouthernKitchen #NewMarketVA #ShenandoahValley #RoadTripEats Millions of years in the making, and absolutely worth the wait. @edward.dubois.ragan and I stopped at @shenandoahnps and checked lots of boxes. Mission for @edward.dubois.ragan - learn how to make me this delectable Crispy Shrimp that we had at the Taste of China, which is the restaurant that brought @chefpeterchang to Charlottesville @edward.dubois.ragan and I could have spent the entire day wandering the @tjmonticello gardens. Some places leave you admiring the architecture. Others leave you asking bigger questions. @edward.dubois.ragan and i are wrapping up the last two weeks in Tappahannock with a few pics. Another beautiful mural across from the @essex_inn_va
