#sail250neworleans Last day at @sail250neworleans and the @usnavy and @uscg definitely brought the good stuff. ⚓ @edward.dubois.ragan and I explored the flight deck of the @usskearsarge_lhd3 and legendary @barqueeagle - Not every day you get to climb aboard both a modern amphibious assault ship and America’s Tall Ship. Also met a new friend named Chad! #Sail250 #America250 #USNavy #USCG #TallShips The breakfast gumbo and crawfish cornbread are absolutely trying to take @edward.dubois.ragan and me out at @bywaterbakerynola @edward.dubois.ragan and I came for tacos at @taquerialalucha and caught this group of @usnavy Sailors hanging out beneath the @cochon_nola sign during @sail250neworleans and immediately knew it was a keeper. Sometimes the photo finds you. #Sail250 #USNavy #Cochon #America250 #NewOrleans Street art? Public sculpture? Accidental audition for the world’s largest tuba section? We may never know. Imagine explaining to someone in 1776 that @edward.dubois.ragan and I would someday drive five hours, pay for parking, and take selfies with @sail250neworleans ships. Spent the morning touring the Peruvian 🇵🇪 ship #BAPUnion and the Swedish 🇸🇪 ship #Gladan. I learned I would not have survived the Age of Sail. #TallShips #America250 Day one of @sail250neworleans and Mother Nature apparently wanted in on the festivities. The first ship @edward.dubois.ragan and I saw was parked under a rainbow. At that point, the weekend was already a success. #USSKearsarge #TallShips #NewOrleans #america250 Hey teachers, when your students say, “I’m never going to use math after high school” . . . Direct them to the toilet paper aisle and then just walk away. 🧻📊 I think the packaging is just gaslighting me. Team members across @generaldynamicsit came together to celebrate America’s 250th 🇺🇸 with community spirit.
